Personal web space : 1 Mb memory space for all the customers free in all the plans.

This low slab plan will be renewed at the same rate as the new account Personal Web space of 1MB will be given free to the customer.

30 hrs. monthly usage plan (Plan V): No Registration fee will be charged

(i) For a 30 hrs. package a sum of Rs. 500/- limited to a period of one month will be charged.

(ii) In case a subscriber offers to take connection for one year, connection will be given at a monthly rental of Rs.500 with limited access of 30 hrs. in a month. In case he exceeds the 30 hours limit, he will be charged @ Rs. 10/- per hour in each month.

(iii) In case subscriber continues beyond one year, monthly charge will be reduced from Rs. 500 to Rs. 400.

Connection will be given with 2 MB memory space for E-mail and 1 E-mail Id. Personal web space of 1 MB will be given free.

TCP/IP dial up account holder will be allowed to switch over from one plan to higher usage plan by paying the difference between the two plans.

Change over will be allowed before expiry of existing account only. Validity duration for the accounts will be counted from the starting date of the plan opted by the customers initially. The switchover from one plan to the other higher plan is applicable for both new accounts as well as renewed accounts. When customers switches over from one plan to other plan he will be given additional E-Mail ID and memory space as applicable in th plan in which he has switched over.

The incremental subscription will be allowed in the slab of 20 hrs upto 60 hrs only @ Rs. 15/- per hour in any plan. Beyond 60 hrs. the customer will have the option to renew the account in the plan he desires to take as per table given in 1.1. User will not be allowed to switch over from one plan to other plan if he has taken incremental subscription already.

(i) The registration fee payable in any category will be one time payment for the duration of one year. This means that when the account is renewed by a customer any time during this one year counted from the date of starting of the accounting period no registration fee will be levied. When the customer renews his account, the one year period will be counted from the date of renewal. However, if the customers fail to renew his account before the expiry of one year period from the date of last renewal he will have to pay fresh registration fee and no grace period will be allowed.

(ii) All payments are to be made on advance basis.

(iii) Modems will be provided by customers only and installation and testing will be the responsibility of the customers and for this no charges will be levied by MTNL.
